How To Complete the Activity

Follow each step in order — read the case, answer the questions, submit your report card

Get to the Medical Mysteries Page
On the Body Systems page, click EXTENSION in the header — this jumps to the Medical Mysteries activity
Then click Solving Medical Mysteries 🩺 to open the assignment page

Type Your Name
At the top of the page, find the box that says ✏️ Type your name here...
Click it and type your first and last name.
💡 Do this first before you start answering questions!

Read the Patient File
Read the Patient Name, Vitals, and Symptoms in each case card.
Read the Background section to learn about the patient's history.
📖 There are 5 cases — start at Case 1 and work your way down!

Answer the 3 Questions
Each case has 3 multiple choice questions.
Read each question, then click A, B, C, or D to choose your answer.
Your answer will glow blue when selected — you can change it any time!

Repeat for All 5 Cases
Scroll down and complete Cases 2, 3, 4, and 5 the same way.
Watch the progress bar at the top — it fills up as you answer more questions.

All 15 Questions Answered?
When you have answered all 15 questions, the progress bar will glow and the Turn In Report button will light up bright teal.
The hint text will say: "All questions answered — enter your name and click Turn In!"

Click "Turn In Report"
Scroll back to the top of the page.
Make sure your name is typed in the box.
Click the glowing 🩺 Turn In Report button.
⚠️ If you missed a question, a red message will tell you which one!

Your Report Card Opens
A PDF report card will open in a new browser tab.
It shows your score, grade, and feedback for every question.

Save, Rename & Upload
In the PDF tab, click the ⬇️ Download button (usually top-right of the screen).
Rename the file: YourName_Medical_Mysteries
Upload the PDF to Google Classroom.
